SHIPPING & RETURNS.
Everything you need to know about getting your gear delivered and what to do if something isn't right. We keep it simple.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING.
We ship to all 50 US states, Washington D.C., and US territories. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
- Standard Shipping — 5–7 business days. Free on orders over $100.
- Expedited Shipping — 2–3 business days. Rate calculated at checkout.
Delivery estimates begin from the date your order ships, not the date it is placed. Business days exclude weekends and federal holidays.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING.
We currently ship internationally to select countries. International shipping rates and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout.
- Estimated delivery — 7–21 business days depending on destination and customs processing.
- Duties & taxes — International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the order total.
- Delays — We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, local postal services, or events outside our control.
ORDER PROCESSING.
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. During high-demand periods — such as limited-edition drops — processing times may extend to 5–7 business days.
You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a second notification with tracking information once your order ships.
Orders cannot be modified or cancelled once they have entered the fulfillment process. If you need to make changes, contact us as soon as possible at shop@prole.app.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER.
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package through the carrier's website.
If your tracking information has not updated for more than 7 business days, or if you believe your package is lost, please contact us at shop@prole.app and we will investigate with the carrier.
RETURNS.
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
- Items must be in their original packaging.
- Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned unless defective.
- Gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.
To initiate a return, email shop@prole.app with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. We will provide a prepaid return shipping label for domestic orders. International return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
EXCHANGES.
Need a different size or color? We offer exchanges within 30 days of delivery, subject to availability.
To request an exchange, email shop@prole.app with your order number, the item you'd like to exchange, and your preferred replacement. We will confirm availability and provide shipping instructions.
If the requested item is out of stock, we will process a refund for the returned item instead.
REFUNDS.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Processing time — Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
- Shipping costs — Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product).
- Partial refunds — Items returned with signs of wear, missing tags, or not in original condition may receive a partial refund or be rejected.
Depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at shop@prole.app with:
- Your order number.
- Photos of the damaged or defective item.
- A brief description of the issue.
We will arrange a replacement or full refund (including shipping costs) at no additional charge to you.
LIMITED-EDITION DROPS.
Limited-edition drops are produced in small batches with a portion of proceeds directed to mutual aid organizations. Because of their limited nature:
- All drop sales are final — no returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
- Extended processing — Drop items may take longer to process and ship due to production timelines. Estimated ship dates are communicated on the product page and in your order confirmation.
- No restocks guaranteed — Once a drop sells out, there is no guarantee it will be reproduced.
